Salon Policy


At Zina Edda Beauty Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality service in a professional and respectful environment. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following salon policies before booking.


Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for the following appointments:

  • First-time clients booking services over 3 hours
  • All hairstyling and makeup appointments
  • All bridal appointments, including trials

Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your service.


Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation.
  • If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • With proper notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in a lost deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-Shows

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
  • Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

No Extra Guests or Children

To maintain a calm and professional salon atmosphere:

  • No children, friends, or additional guests are allowed during your appointment.
  • If you require special assistance, please contact us in advance.

Retail Product Policy

All hair and makeup product sales are final.

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 24 hours.

Service Redo Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, you must communicate any concerns before leaving the salon.
  • Once you have left the salon, we do not offer redos or adjustments unless the issue was addressed while you were still in the salon.

Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment at Zina Edda Beauty Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above policies.
