In the late 1980s, as a teenager, Zina embarked on her career in the beauty industry by joining her aunt's salon. It was here that she honed her skills as both a hairstylist and makeup artist. With dedication and a natural flair for the craft, Zina quickly became known for her talent in creating stunning looks for her clients.

By the age of 18, fueled by ambition and a desire to create her own mark in the industry, Zina took a bold step and established her own salon. This venture allowed her to express her creativity, set her own standards, and build a loyal clientele.

Zina's expertise didn't go unnoticed, and her commitment to excellence led her to become a respected educator. She took on the role of a United Nations' Hair and Makeup educator, sharing her knowledge and skills with aspiring beauty professionals. This phase of her career not only showcased her technical prowess but also highlighted her ability to inspire and guide others in the field.

In 2016, Zina reached another milestone in her career with the establishment of the Zina Edda Beauty Studio. With its first location in Burnaby, B.C., the studio became a beacon of style and sophistication. Zina's studio aimed not only to provide top-notch beauty services but also to create a space where clients could feel pampered, confident, and beautiful.

Management - Hairstylist & Makeup Artist

From a young age, Edda was captivated by the artistry of hairstyling and makeup as she watched her mother, Zina, work magic for brides. By the age of 16, Edda's hands were already displaying an innate artistic talent. She embraced her passion and, under the guidance of her mother, started doing hair. Edda's skills quickly evolved, and she soon became a professional hairstylist and makeup artist in her own right. Her unique touch and understanding of the industry allowed her to create personalized looks that complemented the individual style of each client.

In addition to her prowess in the beauty chair, Edda took on the role of business manager for the family's beauty studio. Managing all bookings, she efficiently coordinates schedules, ensuring that every client receives the dedicated attention and service they deserve. 

Recognizing the importance of a strong online presence, Edda also takes charge of the studio's social media. Through engaging content and updates, she shares the studio's artistic creations, client transformations, and the latest trends in the beauty world. Anastasia is a full-time nail technician with years of experience, specializing in Russian manicures known for their clean, precise, and elegant finish. She is passionate about nail health and ensures every client leaves with beautifully maintained hands and feet.
